Cognac des Ribaud XO    Coeur du Temps 30 Years   is a blend of over 50 different eaux-de-vies from the Grande and the Petite Champagne, the most prestigious growing areas of the Cognac region. The result of this masterful blend is an exceptionally fine and smooth XO Cognac, which only comes from the best properties, vintages and many years of aging in oak barrels. The age of the eaux-de-vies range from 15 years to 45 years, the average being 30 years.  

Tasting Notes:
Color: Natural, amber with glints of gold.
First Nose: Floral, flower of the vine, jasmine, port wine, dried fruit,  hazelnut, chocolate, very light curry powder.
Second Nose: Crystallized fruit, orange, pear, apricot, saffron, nutmeg, honey and gingerbread.
Flavors: Very smooth and soft, the flavors linger on for 20 to 30 minutes.
