XO Coeur du Temps is a Cognac blend of eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne and the Petite Champagne, the most prestigious growing areas of the Cognac region. The result of this masterful blend is an exceptionally fine and smooth XO Cognac, which only comes from the best properties, vintages and many years of aging in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Color: Natural, amber with glints of gold.
First Nose: Floral, flower of the vine, jasmine, port wine, dried fruit, 
hazelnut, chocolate, very light curry powder.
Second Nose: Crystallized fruit, orange, pear, apricot, saffron, nutmeg, honey, gingerbread.
Flavors: Very smooth and soft, the flavors linger on in the mouth for about 20 to 30 minutes.
