Grande Champagne
is a blend of many different eaux-de-vies from the Grande Champagne and
the Petite Champagne, the most prestigious growing areas of the
Cognac region. The result of this blend is an exceptionally fine and
smooth XO Cognac. The age of the eaux-de-vie ranges from 30 years to 75
years, the average being 50 years. Tasting Notes: Color: Deep amber with glints of gold. First Nose: White flowers and wild roses blend together with very
old port flavors. A light note of curry and other exotic spices round out
this mellow and smooth Cognac.
Second Nose: Notes of old Sauterne wines mingle with traces of
